SISPREDEM: Demographic predictive system and early diagnosis tool

The main purpose of the project is the research and development of a new predictive and intelligent algorithm that, by making use of the clinical history of the patients and continuous self-learning, will allow the development of a new decision-making support tool for medical personnel and, through personalised medicine, healthy ageing of the population and a reduction in the percentage of chronic patients.
